Jim started UCI at the age of 23 to develop three specific product bases (platforms) using fluted plastic composite materials. These product areas included Produce Re-usable containers replacing wood, manufacturing support within the toy industry and consumer electronics. Jim was brought up in a family imbedded deep for three generation in the Packaging and Produce Industry giving him the knowledge base for developing many needed new packaging designs.
